A new year - My Actifit Report Card: January 1 2026

2026 has started out cold and rainy and it was raining gently when Lulu and I stepped out for our morning walk.

Fortunately Lulu was in the mood to move the rain wasn't too heavy so we didn't get too damp.
My run was easy on the muddy trail under the foggy sky. I didn't feel like pushing the pace. Just an easy 4 miler to get the new year started.
Cooked up some posole rojo to bring good luck for the new year - hope it helps.
