Easy run day - My Actifit Report Card: December 27 2025

It has been a damp and chilly few days but the rain held off ling enough for an ok 5 km jog on the trail.

My back and arms are still a bit sore from a long day of digging for gold high up on Lynx Creek and although I didn't find as much as before I did pull about $50 worth out of the muck.
It was an easy 3 or so miles on the quiet trail that runs along the road near our park. A couple of mountain bikers were riding but otherwise it was tranquil. With all of the fallen leaves on the ground you have to watch the footing so that a hidden rock doesn't make for a fall. No accidents today and I was happy to be running again.
Hope to go prospecting again tomorrow.
