I'm tired 😴- My Actifit Report Card: December 19 2025

My legs just had no life in them today and I struggled to find any kind of rhythm to my run as I headed out for an easy little trail run.

At least there was a nice bit of water flowing from the water treatment plant down the gully that runs alongside of the trail and the sound of the flowing water was a pleasant note.
I just wish that I had felt better for my run but my energy just wasn't there but tomorrow I'm going down to Prescott for some prospecting and it will be a rest day (more or less).
