My Actifit Report Card: December 16 2025

I had a surprisingly strong afternoon trail run after our morning shopping trip down to Prescott along with a 2 mile hike around Lynx Lake.

The lake was quiet except for the numerous birds and we had a nice hike through the winter forest where we had walked so many times in the past 5 years.
My run was a mellow 6 miles on the hilly trails - nothing exciting except a little spill when I tripped on a loose rock. No injuries except for a scraped hand and I had no troubles finishing up the final miles afterwards.
