My Actifit Report Card: February 10 2026
A pretty decent day with a good 4 mile trail run and another couple of miles on the Jail Trail down in Old Cottonwood 
The first uphill miles was a respectable (for me right now) 10:10 and after a short flat road section it was time to hit the downhill miles on the trails.
Nice dry conditions so I was cruising on the dirt and then it was a boring galf mile road stretch home - overall no too bad.
Lulu got to enjoy 2 miles along the river late in the day. The trail was quiet as no one else was out hiking and even the main street in Old Cottonwood wasn't too busy.
