Its just tripple seven. If i am in india i will use a skipping rope for 7 minutes instead of going to a chlorinated pools.

I want a skipping rope myself. Inspired by a recent #naturalmedicine post, I have been thinking of ordering a big pilates ball too. Just wish it was easier to get things delivered here in Portugal :>)
P.S. I really dislike chlorine swimming pools. Traumas from the post. It doesn't help to be born with lung issues, am working on healing by changing that believe :>)
