Very wise words in that proverb, hinnehbessi :)

I have been in Africa two times.
The first time in an area where people were very poor.
The second time I stayed with people who worked for the state.
It was a very big contrast.

I don't know what it is with some humans, the ones that are chosen into power, for the reason to look after the people in that country, misuse that power immensly.
No, 99 % will steal from their own people and fill their own pockets.

I say only very very small government so we can keep a good eye on them :)
