The Akwa Ibom Investment Corporation (AKICORP) recently recognized eight of its staff members for their outstanding performance, diligence, and exemplary professional conduct. The winners were Senior Special Assistant to the Governor for Agricultural Business, Pastor Godwin Ukwat; Executive Director, Other Investments, Mr. Usen Effiong; Director, Planning Research and Statistics, Mr. Namkere Akpan; Assistant Chief Accountant, Mrs. Victoria Udom; Mr. Michael Barnaby; Mrs. Idorienyin Udo; Miss Inemesit Udofia; and Mr. Aniekan Denison.

Speaking at the event, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of AKICORP, Mr. Imo-Abasi Jacob, emphasized that the awards were a reflection of the Corporation's commitment to merit-driven career development.
