The event, centered on thanksgiving, highlighted the clan's appreciation for divine blessings and the achievements of its prominent sons.

The gathering served as a platform for the group to express profound thanks to God for His love and favor upon the Ukpum Okon Clan. Leading the proceedings, the International President of Mboho Ukpum Okon, Hon. Justus Ntuk, delivered an inspiring address on behalf of the organization.

He emphasized the clan's collective sense of pride and gratitude for the elevation of its members to positions.

Hon. Ntuk also extended thanks for the leadership of Hon. Ime Williamson Essien, the Executive Chairman of Ikot Abasi Local Government Area, who hails from Ukpum Okon. "We are grateful to God for placing one of our own in such a pivotal role to serve our local government" he added.

The president further acknowledged the enduring legacy of the Paramount Ruler of Ikot Abasi, His Royal Majesty (Dr) U. J. Ntuk Obom XII, thanking God for his life and continued guidance. "His Royal Majesty's wisdom and stewardship have been a beacon for us all," Hon. Ntuk remarked.
