The Diary Game: Early Morning Prayers, Working and Cooking Beans 💻 🙏🏻❤️[09:07:026]

Hi everyone, Welcome to another episode of my diary session @cedartm. In this episode I will be sharing with you how my day went. I woke up very late today because I stayed up last night to read a book. I had started the book but didn't finish reading the chapters. So, I ensured I finished reading the book before going to bed. When I woke up this morning, I went out to brush. After brushing, I started my morning prayers. I prayed for an hour and started meditating. I like mediating because it helps my mind to be focused and refreshed.

After meditating, I opened my WhatsApp to respond to pending messages. I spoke to a friend for a few minutes and went to take my breakfast. I ate spaghetti for breakfast and opened my laptop to work. I recently got a course on video editing using Adobe premiere pro. So, I started watching the tutorials and implementing what I was seeing in the course. I felt really confused at some point because it was my first time using the software. I got discouraged at some point but I encouraged myself and continued.

After practicing, I got a message from my pastor on WhatsApp that he needs me to work on a design. I went through the brief and started the design process. The first thing I do whenever I want to work on a design is researching. I research for pictures, layouts, colours and fonts to use. This helps me organise my mood board.

After researching, I opened Photoshop and started working on the design. I wasn't able to finish the design because my PC went off. I'll continue whenever the light is restored. After leaving my work table, I went out to get what to cook because I was feeling hungry. I bought beans, custard and powdered milk.

I got to my room and started picking the beans. After picking the beans I placed it on fire to cook. While I waited for it to cook, I got busy surfing the internet. The beans were ready after a few hours. I made custard and ate to my satisfaction. After eating, I had my bath and slept.
