The Diary Game: Upgrading My Skills, My Wigging Adventure(21-03-2026)

Hello beautiful family at steemit, it's been awhile. How are you all doing ?. Hope everyone is doing well. Am here again with another beauty adventure that kept me really busy this few days.

There is this slogan that our elders used to say ( That man does not lie down on one side to sleep)
My people is true oh that's why I went to do upgrades for my handwork. Before I only deal on braids. Any braiding styles was what I doing before.

Just as the economy of country is changing one has to double hustle if not you will be left behind. So I went into wigging, revamping and styling of hair.

Looking at skill ,it was looking as if it will be simple but when I started it I then realized that nothing is simply in learning skills.

As a learner my first practical was knowing the head size and then placement of wig cap on a mannequin head. After mapping out the closure line then i drew the guide lines so that my sewing will be straight. After which i started sewing the hair. Until now I didn't know that just like braiding has many way of styling it, wigs also have different ways of styling it.

And there are many types of wigs, on my first day practical want finish me. I was very careful of the needle in other not to sew my finger.

When I was done with sewing I was shown how to style, my first practical was with this beautiful wig calledl (wig tiwa) initial my boss did one example and showed me. And she ask me to style the second one which I did, Before she gave me that hair, she told me to take my time that she is trusting me with her customer's hair that I should not spoil it. I tried my best and I delivered

When I close I went to buy this basket and because of hot weather i also buy ceiling fan for the house,, since the one we had got spoilt because of bad power supply. We could not sleep well in the night because of heat so today I decided to buy a new one.

When I got home had this beans and rice that I bought on way coming, I was really hungry so there was no time to come and cook I just buy the food.And am on it.
