My Dairy Game: Going To The Market And Others Activities (17-12-2025)

Hello everyone, greeting to you all, it's another day of my dairy game I'm going share how my dairy activities and other's engagement. I woke up early this morning and say a little words of prayer, thanking God for the brightest new day and counting us among the living, after I finished praying, I enter my bath room wash my face , my teeth and prepare for work. Reaching my shop it's was late customer are already waiting for me, they wanted simple simple weaving like all back and natural twist. After Making my customer hair finished it was around 12 p.m so I rushed down to the market to buy some food items for the day. Firstly I see fresh coconuts by the road side of the market, me I like coconut so much expercially the water inside the coconut look fresh and natural with green and brown shells, showing that they are still young and full of water. And it has many benefits, the water inside is a natural drink that helps to keep the body hydrated. Expercially in hot weather, coconut water is also good for digestion and can help flush out toxin's from the body. Coconut can be eaten fresh , used in cooking or processed into oil. It's strengthen hair, and keep the skin moiturized.

I also buy vegetables and water leaves to cook vegetables soup for the night food, going back home I was stress it was already 4 p.m I have no opinion than to undress and start cooking immediately. The ingredients for the soup are

Fresh water leaves
Fresh pumpkin leaves (ugu)
Palm oil
Assorted meat beef, goat meat , or chicken
Stockfish and dry fish
Periwinkle (optional)
Crayfish and paper
Onions, maggi
Salt to taste.

My vegetables and water leaves

This ingredients is to make the vegetables soup to more delicious. I washed the vegetables and water leaves very well to remove sand and dirty before cooking, I parboiled the stockfish, and meat, and the other ingredients at once, and bring out the flavor. Then I added my water leaves inside the pot and every other things, also added my vegetables. Lastly I live to cook for a while, shortly the soup is ready. This kind of meal is not only tasty but also very good for the body as vegetables provide vitamins, minerals and natural fiber.
