The Diary Game: A simple Saturday Of Chores And Relaxation(13-06-2026)

Greetings to you all, I am @emarchy and it gives me great joy to share my day's story with you. I didn't wake up very early like I use to today because it's Saturday, a relaxing day for me so when I woke up, I swept the compound and did other house chores like washing clothes while my daughter washed the dirty plates we used last night in eating.

While washing, I asked my daughter to warm the little food that was left at home so that her and the brother could eat for breakfast. I continued washing and hanged the clothes to dry and went to a shop some miles away from my house to buy rice and some other ingredients to cook white rice and vegetable sauce. When I returned, I started to cook the food and it was ready before my husband came home for lunch break.

I went into the bathroom to have my bath after eating, came out and relaxed for some hours. While relaxing, I called my daughter who's far away in another state to know how she's doing with her family and I was happy to hear that they were all fine. I also if she has heard from her senior brother who's contact hasn't been connecting for sometimes now and I got same response as before, I prayed for his safety after ending the call with my daughter. My hair was rough so my daughter did a new one for me and we were fortunate capture the process as we remembered early enough today.

I was so happy with my new look after I finished making the hair, I snapped pictures before changing to go to the stream. I fetched water from the stream four times and it was enough for today's use. I had my afternoon sleep and when I woke up, I began to prepare dinner and some minutes later, I welcomed my husband from work. We both sat outside discussing after dinner, my daughter suggested we go for snail hunting since it rained last night but rain spoiled the plan as it is currently raining.
