The Diary Game: A Dual Celebration Day(28-12-2025)

Seasons greetings everyone. I hope you're enjoying the Christmas. I am having a very good time here. I'll be sharing my yesterday's episode with you, so stay tuned and enjoy your reading. Yesterday was Sunday and it was filled with a lot of activities. I had two events to attend and in as much as I didn't want to miss out on any of them, I didn't also want to go late. That being said, I had to wake up very early to prepare for my day.

Myself

I started with doing my laundry, after which I did my chores and arranged my house. I went ahead to prepare breakfast. I noticed some of my items was finished so, I had to hurry to the grocery store to get some. I returned and I prepared a delicious pot of okra soup. I actually a huge fan of this meal because, it's not only easy to make but I love it's slippery nature. It makes eating it so easy.

After cooking, I went to have my bath. While trying to put on my dress, the zip spoilt, I was really disappointed. I had to go back to my wardrobe and get another dress. I grabbed another dress and left for church. I actually got to church earlier than I expected despite the traffic. It was the last Sunday for the year and we had thanksgiving. I really love the atmosphere.

In church

The second event I had to attend was my neighbor's child dedication. I called and I was told that they had finished with the church service. I had to go over to the reception ground. I got direction and I headed out. The event just started when I got there. There were few people available.

At the reception venue

The event was lively. I met my neighbors and we took pictures together. They shared food and I had my own share. I ate fried rice with salad and chicken. I give kudos to the chef because the meal was really nice.

Lunch

I had so much fun before I went home. I got home by 7pm. From the reception venue, I went to see a friend before going home. Immediately I got home, I showered and had dinner. That's how I spent the last Sunday of the year.
