The Diary Game: Market Runs And Other Tales(15-01-2026)

Hi, @steemit family, I am @imaken and here's a diary on my market runs and other tales. I left the house very early and journeyed down to Aba to purchase some goods, our bus had left early and we got to our destination within two hours. It was up to 10am when we arrived the market, our driver parked the bus at a corner of the market and all the passengers got down including myself and we went into the different sections of the market to buy goods.

The major thing that took me on this market journey was to buy baby items for my baby so I first went to kiddies section and bought all the items I had listed down, there were some that weren't on my list but we're important, I still bought them before going to buy small items to restock my shop. When my customer date me, she creamed and asked why I don't want to relax at home and let someone run this errand for me and I laughed and told her that I'm strong to do my things by myself. She gave me a chair to sit and point and the items I needed and she'll get them for me.

In the afternoon before I entered the bus and journeyed back to my town, I bought a plate of food and ate as I was very hungry. I also bought snacks before entering the bus so I won't lack something to keep my mouth busy with while watching movie in the bus. We got to a rural area and the bus stopped, it was definitely fuel that finished and we were not sure of a fuel station around but luckily, we saw a shop not too far from where the bus stopped where fuel is sold but at a higher price than normal. The driver bought five litres which we managed until we got to a fuel station and he refilled his tank.

We got to the park and my goods were offloaded, I picked a Keke from the park to my house. I asked the driver to help offload my goods and drop them in my inside my compound after I had opened the gate. I paid him and went inside, took my bath and went to the fridge, took and fruits and ate and climbed the bed to rest. When I woke up, I got prepared and set out to pick my kids from school.

I got to their school and picked them, returned home and made food for them which would also pass as our dinner. I sat in the parlour watching movie and enjoying the fan until my husband called and asked that I send him some money to repair his car as it developed fault on his way back home and he's out of cash. I sent him the money and some hours later, he returned home.
