SELF LOVE: CHOOSING YOURSELF OVER AGAIN

Today, I am talking nothing other than self love, I know it has been a very long standing topic and different people has had their own say on it but here is me coming to throw in my voice, at least if it does matter, it will go a long way to helping someone out there.

I have shared like 3 times how I was being mocked when I was just a teenager for being masculine and all that and that masculinity is what is putting food on my table today. You have to so love yourself to the point that nothing else matters in your life apart from God and yourself, even the negativity in your mind doesn't matter if you do not give it chance to.

You have to love yourself, name, tribe, race, accent, career And even everything that concerns you. You have to learn how to prioritize yourself and happiness over any other thing. Yes!! It's not greed, this is you not allowing the loud noises outside tell your otherwise about yourself. You have to love yourself to know that you are more than enough for yourself and everything within.

Love yourself so silly that the meanest thing as the food you take is carefully prepared. Be so intentional about yourself that others won't dare try to play pranks with you. People only treat you the way you permit them to treat you, so you must show them that you are the king/queen in your own world and every other thing needs to take permission before it happens. So when you are forced to bow to desperation, ask that thought, have you taken permission from me? When next depression comes and you feel downcast, ask depression, have you taken permission from me?

When you love yourself so much, everything that concerns you makes a lot of sense to you and you wouldn't let anyone toil with them. Love yourself to the point of taking yourself out on solo dates and outings, take yourself out and have fresh breath of another environment. Do no choose your job, money, fame or even your family over yourself, pardon me, all these matters but believe me, you matter the most

So, this new week, I want you to do those beautiful things you have always wanted to do for yourself in your own little way, it doesn't have to be the bigger way, start from that little walk, that little ice cream and that little steak, get them, eat and hit your hands on your chest and always remind yourself how much you are and how enough you are.
