The Diary Game: Christmas At Home And A Day Of Gratitude And Gifts(25-12-2025)

2025 has been filled with so many ups and downs but I'm grateful for life. I woke up yesterday with gratitude in my heart for the year, I also reminisced on the birth of Jesus which brought salvation to mankind. I so wished to be in church but I couldn't because I had no planned outfit for the day so I got out of bed and began to do some chores like sweeping the house and washing the dirty plates at home.

I took my bath and stepped out to buy some items to make fried rice before I returned back, my roomie was already back. I called my friend who had promised me chicken and he sent one big chicken to me which I used for the meal. This was my first time making fried rice and chicken and I really looked forward to documenting the process but Nepa had other plans for me. I really hope to buy power bank soon so it can be of help on days Nepa choose to disgrace me like yesterday. I sha prepared the meal, I finished around 2pm and I ate, I also dished some for my neighbor's.

I washed the plates before taking my bath again, I went in to sleep and while sleeping Nepa brought light finally and I was able to charge my phone. I plugged my phone and went to sit outside admiring those who stepped out to have a good time with their family and I missed mine and wished I returned home for Christmas.

While sitting outside, I heard my phone ring so I ran to check who it is, it was my friend @nhiemfon001 who called to know if I was at home. She asked for my home address and within some minutes, she arrived at my place to pick up her goods. She stopped at our junction so I had to step out to pick her and she had a bodyguard in person of @abyrex, who came in case I wanted to kidnap his sister.

I offered her a little thing for Christmas and guess what? She brought she gifted me her new fan and a small teddy like bag, awwnn I was just over the moon and couldn't thank her enough for the gifts. It became late and I had to see them off to the main road and waited till they entered a bus back to their house before returning home.

I took my bath and ate. I wanted writing in Steemit but guessed I should take a break and rest because I had a busy day. So I went to bed very early as I had nothing else to do. That's all y'all, see you on my next diary.
