The Diary Game: A Lazy Day Dairy, Chilling And Connecting(20-12-2025)

Waking up from bed, the harmattan breeze was much, it accompanied cold and it was another day to stay on my bed, I mean there was no lectures so there was nothing I would possibly be going today unless it's just an unscheduled one. I laid down there and was just going through my phone.

You know that beautiful feelings you have when you know you do not owe anyone and so far some kind things are just going the exact way you planned it? That was how I felt today and it was just so beautiful. I still remember days I would go out and come back very late with little or nothing to show forth but right now, the opposite is the case.

When I stood up from bed, I went to the backyard to go and brush my mouth so that I can go find something to eat in the kitchen. I brushed my mouth, washed my face and also went to the bathroom to have my bath. When I finished bathing, I had a call from my friend who told me she is in town, she hasn't been in town for years now and I was so eager to meet up with her.

I told her I would be meeting up with her but not this morning because I had some other things to do at home. When I finished bathing, I had my breakfast before I went to my mum's room to pack her dirty clothes to wash. She never asked me to but as someone that has seen her work from Mondays to Saturdays trying to put food on the table, I thought I should as a matter of necessity do it .

When I finished washing the clothes, I came back inside to arrange my own room, I rearranged my room's settings then bought air freshener and kept in the room for a good and nice smell.

When I finished, I was so tired of everything, I went to bed to sleep, I set my alarm to wake me up because I had planned to go see my friend when I am done with my afternoon sleep. I went straight to my bed and slept off.

When my alarm woke me up by 4pm, I dressed and left the house to go see her. When I met her, she shouted ontop of her voice and I was so surprised how big she has grown, I mean thank God for growth. She was always very lean but now, she has added so much weight. We sat down and talked so much about how life has been with each of us. We bought few things but I decided to take mine home to go and eat.

When I finished, I went back home but on my way I saw this very hilarious signboard that read "Holiday's Cane Is Here". I had to snap it, it was really hilarious, I am just imagining the kind of headache some parents and guidance will be going though right now because of their kids. My little niece would make you want to shout your head off.

When I got back to my house, I wanted to have a very refreshing bath, I took the body wash I bought while coming back home and then I opened it and used it to scrub my body. This year and next year, I have decided to take my skin routine very serious and I am not backing down anytime soon.

After that, I went inside my room and then removed the exotic juice I bought and then I drank it and also used it to eat rice as my dinner. I really enjoyed this evening to be very honest.

After eating, my mum came back and I gave her the food I prepared. She ate and then I gave her water to bath. Since we are the only people in the house, when I settled my mum, I went to my room to come write my diary but unfortunately there was no light and my phone was very down so I dropped it and went to bed.
