The Diary Game: Kitchen Duties And Nail Treats(26-12-2025)

Hello my @steemit friends, hope all is well with you? Yesterday was another busy day for me, I did lots of things and of course, you know what keeps a chef busy. There was no water to do domestic chores when I woke up so I sent my siblings to fetch water while I swept the rooms and compound. I finished sweeping and began to think of what to prepare for breakfast while lost in my thoughts, My mom called and asked about what we are going to eat and I told her we should drink tea with fries(yam and egg) My siblings were in support and mom asked me to go into the store and pick the tuber of yam that will be enough and eggs. I did and began to cook, I enjoy doing kitchen duties so much because I get to taste my meals first and eat enough meat before serving others.

When the meal was set, I called my siblings to bring out plates so I can fish for everyone. I took my own share and went to my room to eat. I finished eating, took my bath a f went outside to sweep the kitchen and keep it in order. It was as if I knew my siblings won't go anywhere close to it, I swept and packed the refuse to s waste bin which is almost full. I haven't had time to dispose it yet but I will do that before the week runs out.

When I finished sweeping, I went to my room to read. Did I tell you all that I have test immediately I'm back from the Christmas break? It's not easy being a student, you all should include me in your prayers. I read till sleep came knocking, I couldn't subject myself to sleep so instead I went outside and walked round the compound to get rid of sleep and I went in to continue reading only for my mom to interrupt by sending me on wm errand. When I returned, my girlfriend called and asked that I turn up for a nail treat. I went and she took me to her nail tech and paid for a session for me.

I couldn't decide on what I needed when I was asked to pick s design, I surrended my hands and asked her to bring her A game which she did and I loved the outcome. I kept gushing over the nails and was happy that even though I couldn't make my hair, atleast I made my nails. I returned home to dimmer when had already been prepared, ate and wrote my diary before going to bed. That's all for today, thanks for riding with me.
