The Diary Game: Attending Church Service And Preparing A Soup That Matches My Tastebud(11-01-2026)

Hello everyone, I am @roselyynn, a newcomer who's grateful for the gift of Steemit. My diary game is about yesterday which was Sunday. There's something my husband made mandatory which is going to church h every Sunday and also he's very strict in his rules on that day such that any small delay from anyone would mean him leaving to church without that person even if I am the one involved. Yesterday was not my lucky day because I finished late and that made my husband leave to church without me but I still made sure to attend service. I got to church during worship session, my conscience was already judging me for being that late despite not doing any significant thing that morning before leaving to church.

I stayed with one of my church friend gisting after church while waiting for my husband to round up his meeting with his choir members and the subsequent meetings he had. Almost an hour after since service diem, my husband was finally done with his meetings and we walked home together. When I got home, there was light and I used the opportunity to prepare my meal using my newly bought hot plate. I prepared a little and freshy vegetable soup which I paired with Eba and ate that afternoon before taking a shower and relaxing for some moment.

I went to visit my neighbor who just returned from the village and had called me over to get some things from her. When I got there, she gave me some cocoyam and a bunch of plantain, I thanked her and took them home. I used my phone to watch movies as sleep wasn't anywhere close to me and my husband had slept off and I had no gist partner. I didn't take notice of my low battery as I deeply rooted in the movie. My phone went off which made me lose my streak, maybe I should start again this week.
