The Diary Game: Balancing Work And Caring For A Sick Colleague(02-06-2026)

Greetings to everyone,I'm Emmanuel also known as @smithbillz on steemit. This morning as I woke up it was raining and I suppose to get to work around 7am but due to the weather, it was late already so I decided to wait till the rain comes down and while waiting I was preparing my self, before 7am it was not really raining so I ran out of the house and began checking for a keke that will take me to my location but the one I saw was filled with people and luckily the second Keke i saw decided to take me to my work place.

When I reach out to my work place I then began sweeping and arranging the store because my colleague wasn't feeling well and I didn't able today prepare food because customer were already in the bar and after I was done with arranging I went to the bar to start jotting down orders from the customer because the waited for a long time and when my boss arrived she assisted me in serving some customer and when we were done I was really hungry so I decided to go to the restaurant and order for rice and stew for my lunch.

When my boss notice that she didn't see my colleague she then started calling his name but I need to explain to her that my colleague wasn't feeling well and she asked me to go and call him so that we can take him to the doctor to give proper treatment. So the doctor suggested that we should put him drip and when my boss agreed the doctor now decided to start the treatment.
