The Diary Game: Going To Play In An Event ||24-12-2025||

Good evening my friends and families. I had so many things to do today and the first one was going to play in an event with my team members. Even today that's Christmas Eve, some people are still scheduling their events to today and honestly it's strange but then we had already collected our advance before now. So we went there and then we took our band to the event that was taking place at Onna LGA. I was the one in charge of keyboard and drums set up.

After the set up, we began to sing some songs and played along to warm up the place. Then after that, I took my breakfast as I didn't eat in the morning when I left the house.

We were still warming up the place when the MC came and then started the event. It was a colorful one filled with so much excitement. The couples were very young and this is the kind of marriage ceremony I always want to play in. We heard they have been dating from their secondary school days and that's just a very beautiful love story to hear. I couldn't get close to the groom because I am not related to them in anyway it be friends with them.

Also, remember I told you guys the other day I went for the Entertainers night that I will invite those dancers to come dance anytime I have a gig. They came and they delivered, they over tried to be very candid, at least my client was satisfied with what they did.

I was amazed how the lady's kinsmen showed up despite the fact that its Christmas eve. They actually came in numbers and if I would want to be fair, they tried because not everyone would want to do this especially this holiday everyone wants to be in their respective houses.

When we finished our job after the event came to an end, I went and sat at the backyard to rest my fingers because I was so tired. I was there with Itoro my friend and band group colleague. He was also taking a rest. After that, we went and packed our things and then off we went.

We spent about three hours on the road going back home, I took my bath immediately I got back and then I rushed to go and buy food and eat for dinner as it was night already. I bought rice and beans and that was what I ate for my dinner.

When I finished, I took my bath then I called my mum to hear from her as she had left my place to her house. When I finished up with the call, I began to write and after this, I will be taking a well deserved rest and mind you, tomorrow is Christmas day and I am wishing you nothing but the very best.
