For case 1
My diagnosis is bladder outlet obstruction secondary to prostate cancer( metastatic CAP)

Treatment is androgen blockage/ suppression and symptomatic treatment.

For case 2
My diagnosis is hyperglycaemic crisis/coma (HHS) in diabetes mellitus (probably type 2)

Treatment is hydration with IVF, glucose lowering agents,… Antibiotics, counseling, dietary modifications, follow up.
