Which street food did you feature in your video vlog and what made it special or attractive to you?

I went to Aziz Kitchen Restaurant located in Singh Bari Tongi. They serve a variety of fried foods. I have tried to show the street food of Puri Beguni Peyaju Alur Chop in my blog video. Be it the month of Ramadan or a rainy afternoon, Puri Beguni Peyaju Alur Chop is a name of passion for Bengalis. The combination of purple spicy potato chops wrapped in crispy onion and eggplant slices and hot puri is not just a meal. It's a celebration of conversation. Its familiar taste and affordable price make it unique and most attractive to us.

Did you experience any funny, surprising, or memorable moments while recording your street food vlog? Briefly describe them.

The most memorable moment while recording a street food vlog was the smile on the face of an uncle. While frying onions, he suddenly took out his camera and smiled shyly, offering me a free hot potato chop. He put it in his mouth. The momentary pure hospitality and love of the people behind the camera fascinated us deeply. I hope you enjoy it. I have tried to include some photography.

How did the atmosphere of the street food area, the vendors, and the visitors make your vlogging experience more enjoyable?

The vibrant atmosphere of the Tongir Singh Bari street food area was the main attraction of our vlog. The aroma of various foods around and the sound of sizzling food created a great atmosphere. The vendors there were very friendly and helpful, smiling and posing for the camera. And the eager visitors enjoyed spontaneous chats and food reviews. Our camera captured it beautifully, which made the whole vlogging experience much more enjoyable.

Which street food item or food stall would you recommend others to try and why?

If you are in the Tongi Singh Bari area, I highly recommend you try the special chicken roll here. The main attraction is the use of fresh and quality ingredients. The chicken filling inside the crispy wrapper is very juicy and made with the perfect combination of spices. As soon as you bite into it, a creamy texture of cheese and mayonnaise spreads. Which makes it taste ordinary. It makes it completely different from the roll. The most important thing is that even though it is street food, they maintain cleanliness and the price is also affordable. It's hard to find such mouth-watering flavors at such an affordable price anywhere else. So this chicken roll is a must-try for street food lovers.
