বাবা বাচ্চা জন্ম দিয়ে বড় করলো,পড়ালেখা করালো,এখন বাচ্চারা নতুন নতুন অনেক কিছু শিখেছে, অনেক কিছু জানে বুঝে,বাবা তো বুড়ো হচ্ছে আর এখন তো আর বাচ্ছাদের সাথে পেরে উঠতে পারবেনা।আর এদিকে বাচ্চারাও বুড়ো বাবা কে বৃদ্ধা আঙ্গুল দেখায় আর বলে তুমি কি চে...র বা.....ল।একটা সময় বাবা বলতেন এটা খেয়ো না এটা শরীরের জন্য ভালো না। এটা খাও এটা শরীরের জন্য ভালো হবে। হাতে ধরে ধরে ভালো জিনিস গুলো এভাবে পছন্দ করেই তিনি খাওয়াতেন।

আর যখন ছেলেরা খাওয়ানোর সময় হলো, তখন ভালো ভালো খাবার ছেলেরা খায়, কিন্তু বাবাকে দেয় না তো বটে বরং ইনফরমেশনও করে না যে তারা খাচ্ছে।একদম নিমকহারামের মত। এরপর বাচ্চারা বুড়ো বাবার সাথে ছলনা করে,অবশেষে বাবার কি আর করার, তখন বাবা অতি দুঃখে কষ্টে নিশ্চুপ হয়ে যায়।এই ছিলো একজন বাবার পরিণতি।
