An Arizona AMBER Alert ended safely after a security guard and employees from Camelback Moving helped authorities locate missing 2-year-old Kehlani Rogers in Phoenix.

Police arrested 23-year-old Marina Noriega on custodial interference charges. Authorities say she was a recently met acquaintance of the child’s family.

The incident unfolded in Avondale, where quick action by civilians helped prevent what could have been a far worse outcome. The toddler was safely recovered and reunited with her family.
