This is great news. I am delighted Mr. Berwick is a pillar of this community, and more so everyday. I am here because of his advice, and it one of many things I have to thank him.

I have been following Jeff for sometime now, he never ceases to amaze me. We are on the same path right now, health wise, i'm doing the juicing fast as well.
I look forward to his video's everyday (not in a creepy stalker kind of way!).
I have been doing cleanses for 10 years.
Many, many enema's.
Most important is Parasite cleanses. I did them every day for six months. 5 kinds of parasites came out daily. eek!
I tried the Black Walnut Wormwood tincture, but I didn't see anything come out! I need to try papaya seeds next.
I have never had the guts to try enemas yet, I thought about booking myself in for a professional colonic to see how that goes.
best to do a water one first then this one.
The best to use is eucalyptus leaf, simmer for 2hours with lid on.
Add into enema bag then add 20 drops of eucalyptus oil insert into body.
Hold in for 20 minutes. Its difficult so find a nice position on the floor.
