Christmas is the epitome of gluttony too. I practice intermittent fasting, just 2 meals a day. I know its not the answer to all the Worlds problems but at least I am not taking more than I need, and the long rest between meals is a great way of detoxing the body inbetween.
Fasting is great. So is veganism

Yes you do. But it’s all an investment. I have invested 40 hours or so in this platform and it’s now really paying off.
