Good use of a Dremel!
The hardest thing is to get them used to the noise. Podiatrists use Dremels to do toenails, much less stress to the nail than clippers. especially with older people. I have some info on Dremel on my site, http://chenkinworkshop.blogspot.com, and here on Steemit.
