FREEZING WATER THERAPY

Here is my bathing in freezing waterfalls not far away from Benidorm. It was a real challenge for me to immerse myself in the water. First of all, my legs cramped, then I started gasping, the entire body was tingling. I wanted to get away from there right away but eventually made a huge effort to start swimming.

In the end, I managed to warm myself up promptly and just enjoyed nature and its beauty.

By the way, what do you think about a cold shower as an everyday routine?
