Why I "Came Out" as a Conservative Artist in 2020 (+ a live performance)

in #appreciator4 years ago (edited)

As many of you saw, a few months ago I started posting more clearly conservative content, and here I explain my main reasons why I chose to do that rather than have it in the backdrop as a writer and singer.

Support of a movement of conservative artists by joining me for 2021: https://www.kayclarity.art/2021

I've been busy building a lot the last few months and am excited to share it all with you soon. I'll be offering to subscribers monthly exclusive content, as a singer-songwriter, writer, and beyond, and for the next few weeks am offering a radical sale while we build and perfect the system. It will launch in January 2021! A great start to the new year after the ride that was 2020.

This is my video explaining why I felt compelled to "come out" as a conservative artist earlier this year.

It's a tense year for everyone with election 2020 in the US around the corner between Biden and Trump and the philosophical virus wars hitting a fever pitch. Amy Coney Barrett's confirmation is around the corner, sure to light some inter-political social media fires.

But it's simply not true that there aren't conservative millennials and young women who proudly exist. As artists, especially, we offer something unique and valuable to the culture in a critical time, even though most artists, especially in the entertainment industry and at least publicly, tend to be left-leaning.

This is about me doing music, art, poetry, writing, and commentary as a conservative.
