Hello my Steemians Friends. Today I went to the beach with my friends to let go of the worries and forget the tensions we faced during the week. The beach breaks save you from depression and the hardships of the week but there are several benefits to going to the beach that a person may not know.
Some regions of the brain relate to emotion and meditation and are enhanced when you go to the sea. The reason for this is that you feel relaxed when you see the sea.
Sea waves generate ions from their duty to help the body get more oxygen. Besides, it promotes serotonin, which is the hormone responsible for feeling happy and satisfied so anyone who feels frustrated should visit the sea.
The sound of waves is superb and besides it promotes positive energy when human is able to reduce the level of stress hormone any cortisol.
It is known that when people look at the sea they feel safe and secure. Walking on the sand helps regulate the mind and burn excess calories in the body.
Sea water detoxifies the body and provides it with minerals. It can also save the person from flu and runny nose. Sea water also makes the human body free from pimples. Besides, it helps heal wounds and scratches and helps cleanse them. This is advised to rub the body with sand because it is considered a natural peel of the skin and gives it a wonderful touch.
