The evil fish lady from the little Mermaid was pretty ugly....that's the only one I can think of...I guess males got the crud end of the stick as far as attractiveness in villainy. Also that "Sasquatch"...sure has a peculiar look on his face.
She was, but she made up for it with her crafty character!
