My drawing of Elsa from the disney movie Frozen
Hello dear friends of Steemit. Today I share a new drawing, with a style to which I am trying to adapt. This time it is a Disney character much loved by most girls, I talk about Elsa from the movie Frozen. For this drawing I used a mixed technique, which consists mainly of combining different materials applied in the drawing with different techniques.
The materials I used to achieve this result were the following:
- Sheet of paper of 120 gr / m2.
- Graphite pencil 3H.
- Color pencils.
- Chalks pastel.
- Acrylic paintings.
- Brushes.
Drawing process:
I started drawing the guidelines or basic lines of the character with a very light tone pencil, specifically a 3H.
Then, with the colored pencils, I set out to paint the character's face and neck.
I continued painting the skin of Elsa reinforcing lights and shadows that were necessary highlight. In turn I painted the suit, but with acrylics colors.
Therefore, I began to paint Elsa hair with only colored pencils. I confess that this part was one of the most costly to finish for me, because it was the first time I made realistic hair with colored pencils.
But that did not stop me from wanting to finish the drawing, so I was slowly drawing each part of the hair until I achieved it completely.
And so it was, I managed to finish each one of the hair of Elsa. But there it did not end, then, I had to draw the accessories that she wears in her hair, and I did, but with the same acrylic paints that I had used for the suit of Elsa.
Finally, I painted the background of the drawing with pastel chalk and add light details with a moldable eraser.
And that's how I managed to draw Elsa, I hope that you liked this drawing as much as I did, as well as that you tell me in the comments that you thought of all this.
¡Muy linda tu creación! Me gustó, sigue trabajando, cada vez lo haces mucho mejor y sobre todo estás aplicando muy bien los colores.
