The beginning of large-scale use of technology is considered the mid-16th century, when sculptors, creating sketches for future works, began to use only one gray paint imitating a stone for clarity and realism of the relief. The artistic value of monochrome painting was quickly appreciated by artists of other directions.

Nikita Nesterov was born on March 28, 1993 in the city of Chelyabinsk. He graduated from the Junior Sports School in hockey "Tractor" of his hometown. He took direct part in various children's and youth championships and championships.

In 2009, Nesterov began his professional career within the framework of the Youth Hockey League, playing for the polar bears hockey club in Chelyabinsk. In the debut season I spent 13 games on the court, gaining 7 points. The following year, in the Canadian Hockey League project, he was selected in the first round under the general "16" number in the Three Cities Club of America, in the KHL project, selected in the first round under "22", the house number of the Tractor hockey club.

Before the start of the next season, Nesterov said he would go to play WHL, but signed a new contract with the Chelyabinsk club. In the new season, the hockey player was one of the main defenders of the club, gaining 19 points in 51 matches. In the NHL draft, the player was selected in the fifth round under the total number "148" in the "Moldavian Gulf of Tampa" club.

Nikita Nesterov made his debut in the Continental Hockey League in the hockey club "Tractor" in a match against the "Omsk avant-garde", having spent 19 seconds on the court. In 2013, it was announced that the athlete had signed a three-year contract with a newcomer to the Tampa Bay Lightning club.

The first goal in the NHL in 2015 scored the gate of the NHL hockey club "Los Angeles Kings". At the end of September 2016, he extended the contract with Tampa for one year. In January 2017, Nesterov traded in the NHL hockey club “Montreal Canadiens”. He scored the first goal in the second match for Khabs, in the match with Philadelphia Flyers, hitting the goal of Michal Neuywirth.

At the beginning of the 2018 season, he is a defender of the hockey club of the Continental Hockey League “CSKA” in Moscow. Included in the main part of the Russian hockey team in 2017. Over the years, he was the winner of the World Cup among young men and young men.
