I made this sequin purse years ago as a present to my sister-in-law. And I can remember the work I have put in to create this - just look at those sequin and bead work! But of course, it's the kind of work I'll surely love doing every day.
I've always loved creating something with my hands. Not only is it my avenue to share my passion for art, but it is also a way for me to show the beauty our hands are capable of creating.
In this modern world where everything seems instant and digital, the value of handmade creations rises more than ever, because people who create these don't only spend effort, but spend the most valuable thing they hold and can never get back -
TIME.
If you possess a handmade creation or two, make time to appreciate the effort, time, skill, and passion the craftsman put in to make it. Feel it and take a longer look at it again, and you'll realize that it's not just a piece of object - it's a work of art, made by hand, with lots of love.
