It's sad; the destructive nature of humans. Why... is what I want to know. How can someone see something so positive, and want to destroy it? Why do we set fire to the things that can help us? Personally, I see it as a cry for help; the screaming out of a child that does not yet understand the complexities of who they are, or why they do what they do.

As someone who once did not understand, I understand it. I understand how easy it can be to get lost, how easily you can be led astray, and I understand how hard it can be to find your way. But understand, setting fires for the sake of expressing the chaos inside of you is damaging to nothing but yourself. Seeds grow from the ashes after the fire, and something new will always come to fruition. It's you that you're damaging. It's you that's burning. And it's you that can save yourself. So save yourself!
