I can't say I stopped liking myself, but keeping people over the surface, and almost drowning myself - I recognise that. You need strength to help others and you help better if you are not exhausted.

Sadly all too often the people you have helped begin to condider you a public service. Just had one of those incidents - drains you completely when you have to take shit from such an idiot.

I get angry, which is a way to keep things in check and assure that borders are not breached completely.
