✏️ART: As a Form of BLESSING and How We Share it #3 A Pledge to Help Using SBD/Steem👌

On my post the other day I pledged that posts payout for buying materials for arts workshop.
See post here. I am very happy that friends from the group @steemph and @artguildph helped.
This time I would love to continue gathering enough amount for the next art worshops. I myself would love to go an extra mile for art and for giving blessings. I got everything I need for myself and I am satisfied with what I have in my life. It is time to give back.
Last August 29, 2016 we had art workshop at Tambobong Elementary School in Calinan Toril Davao City. Our target was to teach Indigenous Students on that area. We had a lot of students and we were very happy that they participated. We also had a clown as well as cosplay on the set.
Some students are wearing their Indigenous costumes as well. One proud Filipino indeed.
We even played games with them.
What is this workshop all about?
This group of artists (no particular name yet) aims to gather as much people as we could to conduct art workshop and help children as much as we could.
What good does it give?
The group aims to:
- Bring out the talent in them
- Help them develop the thing that they are good at
- Stray them away from the dangers of life particularly drug related dangers
- Divert their attention from negative things in life like anxiety and other related issues
- Let them experience the beauty of art
- And so much more.
When and where is the next workshop?
We are still looking for community partners or barangay to work with for the venue. However, this years target is to conduct artworkshop atleast twice a month. The next art workshop will be on February 10 @ Brgy.11b. A group of dancers pledged to have a Zumba Fitness for A(rt) cause and targeting 50+ kids.
And we will conduct artworkshop as soon as there would be approval from any barangay.
What does the group needs?
The group basically needs art materials for these kids. I @kennik pledged that when this post pays out then I will dedicate all the amount towards providing art materials and even for their meals to enjoy. Among the group, I am the only one connected to steemit. Hoping we could gather enough for the next art workshop.
Basically I myself dont ask for anything when it comes giving back the blessings I have. This time it is bigger and I myself needs to have a bigfer step towards conducting this activity.

Such a great way to help kids develop their talent in arts and also build a great relationship in the community, sharing the same interest. This is such an inspiration. :) Your initiative to help these children out is very heartwarming. I'm still trying to get the hang of Steemit to earn enough, but once I do, I would definitely want to help out! I've always enjoyed helping those who need it the most, and this seems like the perfect opportunity!
