Butterflies, hummingbirds, ladybugs, honey bees nesting in their hive, even those pesky possums … life! Sunflowers in bloom, delicate and savory celery leaves, spicy edible asturtium flowers, juicy blueberries, boysenberry patches growing wild on the sidewalk alongside almond and fig trees, stalky papyrus and sugar canes, and so much more, wealthy spirits all converging into one man’s dreamscape.

Ron Finley aka "The Gangsta Gardener" (http://ronfinley.com/) fought the law and won to bring to life his own private plot of fertile happiness with knowledge of the good life to share, a sight for the weary urban dweller thirsting for nourishment - mind, body, soul. His vision I think is to help us all grow a lil more.

Before I left that day Ron gifted me some aloe vera succulents, sprouting artichoke seeds, and a baby banana tree, true gifts that I cherish daily in my own lil gangsta garden. Keep growing that consciousness EARTH PEOPLE! PEACE, MEAR
