Drawing #55 - Design Art ; Digression: Downtown Disney!
Good Evening Everyone!
⊂゚U┬────┬~
At last I have finished the Design Art!
Some people have said that it looks like a city, but to me, it kind of looks like some sort of train. My goal in drawing this was really to just start getting into the swing of drawing again. I didn't draw for a total of two weeks! To some, that might be a short time to skip out on drawing, but since I have been drawing every day, it was long over due. Even after I arrived home from my trip, I didn't jump into the swing of things again; it took me some time to figure out what I wanted to work on in my drawing before I wholeheartedly jumped on board.
It was a challenging start, but I just needed to draw again, and once I did, it felt great to spill out my emotions onto the page. Drawing is a recent thing for me and never would I have thought that it would become something emotional. More digression is to come later!
Here is the full drawing process:
Digression: Downtown Disney!
During our Global Leadership Conference in California, I had the opportunity to walk around Downtown Disney and of course, I had to sit with the Lego Ladies and hug the Hulk.
Thanks for joining me!

Oh! This looks so cool now that it has been completed ! Love the energy and boldness in the art! I think you used jagged shapes and weight variation in your lines and forms really effectively :D Good job, omeno~
And you look awesome in those lego photos <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
Thanks! I didn't think of ANY of that while I was drawing it though >.>
It was so hard not to laugh while I was hugging the hulk lol

It kind of looks like an Aztec (I think?) quilt or tapestry thing :D I'm going to be annoying and say that I can see one of those logging watermill things ;D
Lol, it kind of reminds me of that psychological artwork where people see what they want to see in the artwork.
Like seeing the whole evolution of this fine line drawing. Yes, emotions do come through as we make art and give hugs to Hulk!
Thanks! Yes, it's something I never understood until I started drawing a lot more. It feels great to release some emotion through art.
