So, a year or so ago I invited a new DJ to come and perform at my Fragmentality event in manchester, and since then have collaborated with Idiotbox A.K.A BZL on various efforts, one of which is the project below..
You Might Not Like This ..... is an experimental label aiming to offer a home to music you may not expect to hear next to each other, open to submissions from all comers... ambient to electromath, electronic to industrialised string instruments, breakcore to Kpop to chiptune, the name says it all....
Anyway, the latest release, Volume 4, is a special Long form event, with 4 tracks well over the ten minute mark of varying style....
to tie them together i ccreated this long form evolving video, using a few glitch techniques ive been working on along with 3 modelling.. The result is definitely long, i can say that for sure, the rest I'll leave you to decide for yourselves...
I'd suggest getting a drink, relaxation aid, and a bigscreen for an hour of chillage..

You may find yourself liberated in hibernation, resting your weary jeered-out jowls into a bed made of canned peaches, elastic bands, and elephantine morality.

You might consider it an excuse to carefully put away everything you're doing in order to stare at another screen for 48 minutes - preferably a really big screen - and zone out to glitchy drips and impossible perspective tricks.
