The Peach Blossom Spring (art)
The large roots carving named "The Peach Blossom Spring" is one of the most interesting artwork displayed at the taoyuan museum and art museum in changde city, Central China s hunan province. Measuring 15.88 meters in length, 6.3 meters wide and 3 meters high, the artwork is declared the biggest willow sculpture by Guinness World Records in September 2017. Highlights of the statue are not about the size or the beautiful crafts it presented, but the ancient story traces. Based on the famous Chinese story "The Peach Blossom Spring" written by tao yuanming in 421, the artwork panoramically explains the process of a fisherman finding a glimmer of utopia in which people live an ideal existence in harmony with nature and unaware beyond the world for centuries century
