The only significant change I made is that in the tutorial I made the head separately from the body and then sewed it on, whereas for this one I made the head by continuing the work from the body. So you just need to reverse the order of the rows for the head to make it from top to bottom, attached to the body. Also, for the ears, the only difference is that this time I made one more row of single crochet stitches. This time I crocheted the eyes because I didn't have any plastic eyes or black beads of the right size, as I usually make smaller amigurumi.
