'Dark Odd Balcony'
**What fascinated me to take this photograph was a notion of a single balcony on the entire back side of a building. I am not sure whether it was planned like this originally or it was built later on. It certainly appears to be added after the fact. It appears quite odd and probably has an interesting story of its own. However, I am speculating and have no idea if it is true or not. But, it keeps me amused to think of the possibilities, doesn't it? :)
Even though the composition is central, slanted camera angle adds quite a bit of dynamics and helps reinforce the element of oddness. The balcony appears as if a patch of darkness is growing from the middle of the image. The deep black successfully gathers all the attention and, willingly or not, draws the observer in into its depth. Usually, it is the bright colours that draw attention but here we witness a completely different approach. The complicated pattern of the handrail, opposed to non-linear surrounding, works heavily toward the same goal.
The stained texture of the yellow wall adds to the reality of the image. It is interesting to observe its gradual fade to white from the bottom up. The purple accent of the rainwater drain pipe is the only element coming from the cold part of the colour spectrum. It creates a strong counterpart to the yellow whole but doesn't match it in strength.

These power standards, among others, to prevent balcony users have an accident. As a space, the balcony function continues to grow.

Indeed, this balcony stands out against the background of the main building. This creates an unusual feeling. It seems that this balcony is "strange" in the background of everything else. Apparently this is a "manual" work of apartment tenants. People strongly wanted a balcony and they syroili. Although I do not think that they wanted their balcony to stand out. Nevertheless it looks beautiful and attracts attention.
On the general background of the photo, the balcony occupies a central place. All attention is focused on him. If you do not focus attention, it seems that this is a black spot that grows in the middle of the composition. I think that the key role is played by the color palette of various shades that surround the balcony.

It is clearly shown that the balcony is new and the house is too old.
I remember when I was a kid and we use to go to my aunt home, The home old but with a beautiful balcony and we use to stay on the balcony to see the tree which was right in front of the balcony. The tree was too old and has too many nests, It was really enjoyable to listen to the voices of different birds.

Truly you say, this balcony is very oddly designed. But I've always wondered at how indescribable architecture can be. To explain why this balcony is as it is, only the one who designed it. Only he can tell why he did it, but I think it's beautiful.
