You have to purchase the Apple Pencil separate but it's fantastic. When I first started getting into digital art (more like forced to) I used an Adonit. It was fun but difficult to use because of the latency. Now I've got this set-up and it's changed my art. If you're able to then you should head to an Apple Store to test one!
