Artists and flower arrangements
The flower fair is just around the corner, and artisans are getting ready to compete with their finest floral arrangements. This one we see here was recently set up in the Junin shopping center, but it's just the beginning of the beautiful displays we'll see and that I'll share in my posts.
The farmers of Santa Elena compete with their diverse floral arrangements, known as "silletas." These renowned "silleteros" strive to create works of art in various forms. Some even incorporate company logos. There is a wide variety, and without being professional artists, these farmers create true works of art with their flowers, a testament to their hard work.

The fair is almost here, the flower arrangements are so beautiful and so well made.
And I also like the vintage car parades, the flower fair is an activity we really enjoy. We'll go with some family members as always.

The fair starts in August , they're just putting up the iconic chairs now, so I'll probably be able to take many more photos in August.
I look forward to that. I believe we had something like that too. I am not sure if it still is held or the COVID period ended the last but of fun we had together with the net zero policies.
