Hello art lovers, i am elited to be sharing this amazing piece of art that took me almost forever to create, but i am glad about the outcome anyways. this was an imaginary piece from my head, well i guess its because i live in a society where there are a lot of ladies who dress in such hair style.

This work was drawn using a charcoal pencil on paper, and it took me roughly 2 hours to complete.

Progress work

I first started off with my free hand sketch where i drew an outline of what i want to draw, this is like the first stage and also a frame work for my art.

If you look you will see how some changes occured when i started adding shades to my work, the shade brough so much life to my subject giving it a suiting look, texture and lively feel.

This final stage took so much from me because i had to do so many adjustments, scanning for errors, the funny thing about art is that art is never finished you can still go back to an art piece you finished days or month ago and still find things to add to the work, one of my favourite part of this work is the hair, the hair is one of the most important aspect of my creation and it brought so much light to my piece.
