Portrait of hope

I title this piece
“E go Better”
A phrase commonly used by a lot of Nigerians to signify hope. It’s a pidgin language which we use in stating our hope for something that hasn’t yet materialized. Have you ever been in a situation where you felt like the whole world is on your shoulders and that made you feel like you are left behind. This drawing tend to juxtapose such experience, from the look of the subject you could see her gaze towards the sky, like she sees her future in a way she can’t really predict yet, but have hope it will come to pass.
