We see art everywhere, this car is beautiful, I would love it in blue, I think it would look less flashy, well in fact the car itself attracts attention
Now let's look at the details of this motorcycle, very well thought out. I'm more of a car guy than a motorcycle guy, but this one definitely catches the eye.
Cars today are not just cars; they have details that make enthusiasts of this sector stop to observe them more closely. Obviously, all this makes the car more expensive.
And these two, works of art on wheels, what beauty! The designers of these vehicles are becoming increasingly innovative, excellent in my opinion.

Perhaps it would be art if there were only one example of it, made with love. I think that’s a prerequisite for art. It’s not the use of plastic alone that elevates something to the status of art. It is and remains a utilitarian object, unless you own a classic car and do nothing but polish it and take genuine care of it.

A classic car, I don't have one myself, but I know people who do and they take great care of it; they're quite expensive, they treat them like a child that needs to be pampered and spoiled.
That motorcycle is a beauty
To be honest, I think all cars look alike; only the sports models are a bit different. As for the second photo: that motorbike looks as if it’s made of Lego. You’ll probably recognise it easily, but it’s hardly a thing of beauty. Red is a lovely colour, but the trouble with red is that it fades over the years. So blue would be a better choice.
It’s not clear to me where you were, when, and why you’re showing this. Perhaps it would be good to mention that information.
Whether it’s art is something we could discuss, but I think we’ve already done that in this community.
